ABOUT THE SPACE
What is the venue’s capacity?
Our Magnolia Ballroom can seat up to 200 guests for a wedding. However, the Magnolia Bar adds an extra space for more reception capacity.
What are your rental hours?
Friday- Sunday 9:00am – 11:30pm Weekday events 10:00am – 10:00pm
Ceremonies will be considered on dates that do not have receptions booked.
Can I host my ceremony and reception in the Magnolia?
We would love to host your ceremony and support the transition to the reception. If this is an option you would like to include, an additional $500 fee would be assessed for the additional staff support.
ABOUT THE LOGISTICS
Do you offer bar service?
We have a full service bar and bring in a wide assortment of beverage’s for you and your guests. Due to state and local liquor laws all alcohol must be purchased through The Magnolia
Do you offer linens?
We offer black and white table cloths and have a wonderful partnership with a local vendor for all other rental needs
Do I have to set up/clean the space?
Our professionals handle cleaning prior and after events. We also handle Table and chair setup and partner with your coordinator to handle the rest.

What is your outside catering policy?
You are welcome to have the licensed caterer of your choice.
Do you have a “Preferred Vendor” list?
We do! We are more than happy to send you our licensed and insured list of amazing vendors we work with on a regular basis.
