The Space

A private escape in the heart of downtown

Set above The Magnolia in a beautifully restored brick building, the Champagne Loft pairs soaring exposed-brick walls and wide-plank hardwood floors with clean, modern furnishings — the same warm, editorial feel as the venue below.

The open-concept layout features a king bed, a full kitchen, and a dining table that seats eight, with a private hair-and-makeup vanity nook that's become a favorite with wedding parties getting ready upstairs before heading down to the venue.

Access is via a private, secure second-floor stairway entrance — just steps from restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the Mississippi River in Dubuque's Millwork District.
